Hallelujah and a huge shout out to our favorite Desert Pump guy, Mark. We’ve been without sprinklers for three days and today Mark and my husband got us going again. Days like this, no one should be working outside…huge thank you!
Had a failing pressure tank, thought about buying a new one and changing it myself. (I owned and ran a construction company for 27 years) Called Desert Pump for a estimate and was told that they could get there the same day!Turned out to be much more complicated than just the tank, I never could have done it myself. they did a good job and now I have peace of mind.
I Called them in a emergency well pump was down. Said they be right there that day I called. Joe and his assistant got us back up and running with in a few hours they where Johnny on the spot. Very honest and easy to work with.
I am extremely happy with the service I received. Mark came out and diagnosed the problem, gave me options and took time to explain things to me. We now have a new pressure tank, submersible pump in the storage tank and some other misc. things and have more water pressure than we've ever had. Thank you for the awesome service!

We have had very high power bills and trouble shooters down to a problem with our well pump. We heard it humming even when the water wasn’t being used. Called yesterday, the showed up today. Mark you as great! He had everything needed to quickly and easily diagnose the problem. We had a pump that was 32 years old! He put in a shiny new one and verified that we had plenty of water in our well. Very grateful!! Mark was great!!
Those guys are awesome and prompt. They came out the same day and were able to fix it with the new part in just over an hour. Even though they didn't know exactly what the problem was or even what brand we had before they got here. The gentleman were both very polite, and kept me informed the whole time they were working on it.

Pete and Mark were great!!! They went "out of their way" yesterday to get to my house (lots of roadblocks due to the fires). They fixed my water tank pressure problem very quickly. They were so helpful. Showed me how to deal with the problem if it happens again. I was very happy with their service. Would recommend them as I would use them again.
